  1. We offer the users on our platform, a free image upload / hosting service, which can be used without any registration.
  2. The user assures that all the uploaded images and files are free of rights of third parties.
  3. It is forbidden to the user to upload graphics with pornographic, racist or otherwise unlawful material.
  4. We reserve the right to delete individual graphics without giving any reasons. There is no right to use and no guarantee to the availability of the service.
  5. We provide only the technical platform to be available to upload images to. For our security we save any IP address, which only in the legal case to a third party may be accepted.
